Install the extension, open a normal HTTP or HTTPS page with long text fields, click the extension, then click Enable on this tab. Type in safe textarea fields, click Capture now, copy the receipt, clear the fields, and click Restore saved text.

Expected: eligible long-form text is restored locally. Sensitive fields are excluded. The receipt omits draft text. No backend, analytics, remote AI, host permissions, or form submission is used.
